Uplifting subpoenaed records - accredited with the NSW Department of Courts Administration
LitSupport is accredited with the NSW Department of Courts Administration for the purpose of uplifting and photocopying subpoenaed records at the Supreme Court of NSW; and from other jurisdictions with authorisation.
Copying subpoenaed documents (NSW Only)
LitSupport is authorised to uplift and photocopy documents from the Supreme Court of NSW.
At other jurisdictions where the documents must be copied onsite (eg: District Court, Compensation Court, Local Court, AAT etc) we attend the relevant Court and copy the documents per your instructions.

Urgent Supreme Court copying (NSW Only)
As a standard rule, the Supreme Court Exhibits Office will only make documents available for uplifting by LitSupport from 9:00 am the day after it receives a signed Practice Note SC GEN 3 form.

Onsite Court Copying
LitSupport can also provide onsite court copying service. An experienced LitSupport operator will attend the relevant court on your instruction and deliver the copies directly to you - normally within 24-hours of receiving your request.
